Weekly roundup on startup funding

As many as 13 startups received angel/seed and venture capital in the week gone by.

In the biggest deal of the week, Mumbai-based gadget repair service provider Pickme E-Solutions raised $1.8 million in a fresh round of investment from SIDBI Venture Capital.


Among other deals, Hyderabad-based phone maker Smartron India secured an undisclosed amount of investment from chipmaker Global Foundries' CEO Sanjay Jha and Noida-based cybersecurity startup Data Resolve raised $1 million in funding from IDFC Parampara Early Stage Opportunities Fund.
