Kleeto Expands Document Management Service With 'Import From Gmail'

One year old Gurgaon-based start-up Next Gen Paper Solutions Pvt Ltd that runs Kleeto, a service enabling companies and individuals to manage their physical and digital documents, has launched a new feature 'Import from Gmail'. It will help a customer to centralise the information saved on their accounts.

Sunil Mahajan, co-founder and managing director of Kleeto said, "Now kleeto customers can import attachments from their gmail account(s) directly into their kleeto account. Users can search their mails and import whatever needs to be preserved for longer periods."

"When they bring digital documents into kleeto account, content of all these documents become searchable. This is completely secure feature and makes information access for consumer's centralized," he added.

Kleeto is also working on other integration where more information can be brought to customer's kleeto account.

Launched in December, 2010, kleeto has its presence in major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai, Pune to name a few. It claims to have 10,000 registered members and corporate clients. The company has even extended its services for SMB and HR companies called as kleeto-HR and kleeto-SMB.

Kleeto had around 1,600 registered members (consumers) and eight corporate clients as of June 2011. So it has scaled up fast in the past six months.
