
Intel Elevates Gregory Bryant As VP & GM -- Asia-Pacific

Intel has appointed Gregory Bryant as vice-president and general manager for the Asia-Pacific. Based in Hong Kong, Bryant will be responsible for sales, marketing and enabling of Intel products in the Asia-Pacific region, excluding Japan and China.
Prior to this role, Bryant served as the vice-president and director of the Lenovo account, managing all aspects of Intel's relationship with Lenovo, including sales, marketing and technical enablement.
"Asia-Pacific today stands at the forefront of global technology growth and innovation. Emerging markets, like Indonesia and India, will account for most worldwide growth in the PC market over the next few years, with demand for Cloud computing on the rise," said Bryant.

He had joined Intel in 1992 and also served as the vice-president and general manager of the digital office platform division, where he led the inception, launch and subsequent expansion of Intel vPro technology across desktops and mobile PCs. Bryant developed his IT expertise in Intel's Information Technology Group, where he progressed through engineering and operational roles, and also served as the director of office computing.
Bryant holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kansas and an MS in Systems Management from Golden Gate University. He has also obtained a certificate from Harvard Advanced Management Program.
