Fashionandyou rebrands; unveils new logo, user interface

4 Jul, 2012

Smile Group's flash sales site fashionandyou.com has unveiled a fresh, sleek look, including a new logo and  user interface. Several new features like add to waitlist, mini shop, login and sync with Facebook or Gmail and sort filters adorn the site now.

The whole look-and-feel of the website has been revisited. The white background hosts bigger pictures and more graphics. The 'add to waitlist' feature can be used for the items which are sold out and the customer will be alerted as soon as it's back on the stacks. The sort filters enable users to search by price,  size  or  category. 'Mini shop' is basically a tab on the home page that features trend-driven sales.

"The new UI is more appealing and customer friendly. At fashionandyou.com our constant endeavour is to members.  We guarantee to increase customer  satisfaction  with  these  exciting  new  features,"    Trivikram Thakore, marketing director, fashionandyou.com, said in a statement.

The announcement comes soon after Pearl Uppal, co-founder and former CEO of Fashion andyou quit Smile Group. During that announcement Harish Bahl, founder, Smile Group, had stated that certain announcements for Fashionandyou are on the cards.

Most of these features are already available on sites like 99labels, the biggest competitor of fashionandyou, and Zovi.
