The announcement comes soon after the company had shared with Techcircle that it is going to focus on the four existing verticals rather than introducing more portals.
The new UI is identical for all four portals and now includes bigger pictures and a better navigation. More filters have been added to search for products along with option for product reviews. Also, now the consumers can shop from all 4 portals and checkout from any. Similarly, they can add items from any of the portals to a single cart.
"At Valyoo, we're committed towards optimising customer satisfaction and constantly strive to bring a world class shopping experience to them. To achieve this, we have taken significant steps in the direction of progressively revamping our technology," said Peyush Bansal, founder and CEO, Valyoo Technologies.
Founded in 2010, Valyoo unveiled its latest portal Jewelskart in February this year and is reportedly doing around a combined number of 1,000 orders a day from all the portals. The average transaction size is Rs 1,500. Valyoo, an IDG Ventures-backed company, it raised $4 million from the investor last year in October. Currently, the company is in the market to raise funds again, which it will use for further expansion in terms of logistics and team building.
