Maharashtra-based startups lead funding activity

Of the 16 startups that raised funding during the week, six are from Maharashtra. While Tokri, a hyperlocal delivery startup, received $2.5 million in pre-Series A funding, Singapore-based peer-to-peer lending platform Funding Societies got $7.45 million in VC funding.
