Only two startup funding deals were recorded in the week gone by, in the leanest spell for early-stage investment activity for at least six months.

Delhi-based Notesgen Technologies and Precious Pet Services were the only companies that raised angel or seed funding.

Ed-tech startup Notesgen raised $148,000 from GHV accelerator and other investors while Precious Pet Services, which runs pet products portal Heads Up For Tails, received $2 million in a pre-Series A round of funding from a group of high net worth individuals.
