Aeris and Altizon join hands to deliver IoT solutions for manufacturing sector

Internet of Things company Aeris and industrial IoT firm Altizon Systems have tied up to combine the latter’s machine learning and IoT edge technologies with the former’s IoT services platform.

According to a statement, the partnership will serve manufacturing enterprises.

Aeris offers end-to-end IoT and machine-to-machine solutions and services for automobile, insurance, healthcare, utilities, and manufacturing industries.

According to the statement, Aeris Mobility IoT Platform helps enterprises enhance revenue, create new services and business models.

The company has created an IoT ecosystem for enterprises, original equipment manufacturers, technologists, system integrators and solution providers across verticals.

Aeris helps organisations to optimise human intervention and attain real-time remote monitoring of machines, equipment, and other assets along with predictive and preventive maintenance of various products and assets within enterprises.

Altizon, on the other hand, claims to have a global footprint of 100 plus enterprise users, and is an industrial IoT platform provider. It helps enterprises accelerate smart manufacturing initiatives, modernise asset performance management services and launch new business models for service delivery, among other processes.

Altizon’s technology is also being used in a number of industries, including the automotive, tire, steel, chemical, energy and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) markets.
