“Sanjay will work closely with our leadership team to further accelerate our growth in India, which is a strategic market for McAfee globally. He joins us at a time when enterprises are realising the significance of cybersecurity and making it a part of their boardroom discussions,” said Nielsen.

Manohar brings over 25 years of industry experience spanning leadership roles across marketing, sales and channel strategy roles in the APAC region.

Prior to McAfee, he held a seven-year stint at content delivery and cloud services provider Akamai Technologies where he was the regional vice president for the firm’s carrier business in Asia Pacific Japan. He was also the regional head for the company in China, where led a cross-functional team of over 100 employees across five offices.
