Hyderabad-based software services company Walking Tree Technology has acquired Mumbai-based IT services firm Techease Systems.

Techease's associates and customers have been transitioned to Walking Tree Technology, effective June 1, 2019, the company said in a statement. 

Founded in 2016, Techease provides services ranging from application development, digital marketing to Microsoft Technologies, lamp platform, and mobile development.

“Techease is an ideal fit for Walking Tree for effective digital transformation as we strive to provide the most comprehensive breadth of information management solutions in the industry,” Alok Ranjan, director and co-founder, Walking Tree, said.

Founded in 2008, Walking Tree specialises in technology solutions from design, development, quality assurance, maintenance to support, consulting, training and skill augmentation services around sencha ExtJS, angular, react JS, xamarin, microservices, java/J2EE, MS tech stack, enterprise CMS, data analytics and pentaho, powerBI, blockchain, and machine learning.
