Noida-based DTH service provider Dish TV India has rolled out content streaming solution d2h Magic to allow customers to access digital video streaming and over-the-top (OTT) apps on their existing set-top box.

The device will enable users to watch original web-series and video content across several digital platforms and OTT streaming apps like ZEE5, Watcho, ALTBalaji and Hungama Play in English, Hindi and regional languages, the company said in a statement.

To access the service, the subscribers will have to connect their set-top box to WiFi/mobile hotspot through the d2h Magic device, which connects to the USB port of the box, the statement added.

The device will be free for the first three months. Post that, the company will charge Rs 399 with a subscription charge of Rs 25 plus taxes every month, the statement said.
