Frontizo launches customer solutions centre for Amazon’s Hindi-speaking customers
Bengaluru-based customer solutions provider Frontizo Business Services has launched their new contact centre at Panchkula, Haryana to provide Hindi-language solutions to Amazon India’s customers.
A joint venture between Patni Group and Amazon Asia Pacific, Frontizo plans to hire up to 1,000 people in varied roles by the end of the financial year 2019-20, an official statement from Frontizo Business Services said.
Apart from Hindi, Frontizo also plans to roll out services in other languages.
The company provides customer service solutions for ecommerce firms in India through various channels such as email, chat and phone conversations.
“Our vision is to transform how India buys. We at Frontizo will look at every opportunity to address customer needs in a fast-changing environment. It is also a unique opportunity to help in the important area of job creation and skill-building. This centre will set great new standards in customer service,” said Vinod Kumar, managing director and chief executive officer, Frontizo Business Services.
In February, as part of restructuring processes to accommodate the government’s foreign direct investment rules relating to ecommerce, Appario Retail, a subsidiary of Frontizo Business Services, was taken off Amazon’s online marketplace.
Frontizo had established its first centre in Pune in 2017, and the facility has the capacity to accommodate 500-600 executives
