Silicon Valley-headquartered IT services firm Infogain Corporation, which also has operations in India, has acquired Houston-based software firm Silicus Technologies as it looks to scale its service offerings in cloud and internet of things (IoT), it said in a statement on Tuesday.

Microsoft Azure partner Silicus provides services to over a dozen billion-dollar companies in the United States, the statement added.
