Vodafone Idea extends partnership with TCS to enhance customer experience
Mumbai-based IT services major Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has extended its decade-long partnership with Vodafone Idea for five more years to focus on improving customer experience.
In the second term of this partnership, TCS will leverage its contextual knowledge of Vodafone Idea (VIL) business, its location-independent agile model and expertise in analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) to further personalise the end-customer experience.

With the focus on improving customer acquisition and realising synergies from the Vodafone-Idea integration, TCS will work to strengthen operational effectiveness and enable faster revenue realisation.
“Our Business 4.0 framework will help VIL leverage the power of digital technologies to strengthen their customer base, and streamline their operations to support continuous innovation,” Mathur added.
With Vodafone Idea adopting the latest technologies for customer experience enhancement, TCS has been its technology partner in this journey, managing all of its customer-facing applications for the past decade.
