Data management firm Hitachi Vantara, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Japanese conglomerate Hitachi, has unveiled its regional operations hub for the Asia Pacific region (APAC) in Hyderabad.
The Hyderabad centre expands the company’s ability to showcase its products, solutions and services to customers, partners and prospects from the growing India market and in other APAC regions, the company said in a statement.
The company also expects to double its talent base in Hyderabad to offer better services to its customers.
“As India continues to rise as a powerful global economic player, building out a center of excellence in Hyderabad will enable us to connect even better with our customers, build local market expertise, and deliver industry-leading innovation faster than ever,” said Bobby Soni, chief solutions and services officer at Hitachi Vantara.
Hitachi Vantara was formed in 2017. Last month, Tokyo-based conglomerate Hitachi had rolled out an artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled data center platform and new data analytics solutions for enterprise operations.
In September, Hitachi Vantara had launched an industrial internet of things (IIOT) solution Lumada Manufacturing Insights for the manufacturing industry.
