Greenwood Village, Colorado headquartered business support systems software and services provider CSG has appointed Sudhansu Panigrahi as vice president and centre head of the company’s India location to lead experts in Bengaluru.

Before CSG, he was the vice president and centre head at digital technology services company UST Global, where he provided strategy and direction across operations, customer satisfaction, branding and associate engagement initiatives.

Panigrahi has nearly 30 years of experience in the information technology and services space, and has held leadership positions in companies including Ness Technology, software supplier for the healthcare sector iSOFT, IT service management company Headstrong. He also worked in credit card brand Discover Card and prescription benefit management subsidiary CVS Caremark in the US.

“Sudhansu’s industry expertise and proven ability to successfully strategise and optimise operations equips him to directly impact CSG’s global growth initiatives through building strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and international teams,” Christine Mellon, chief human resources officer at CSG, said.

“There is an opportunity to grow in our space and it is my goal to expand CSG’s reach in India and provide insights and guidance that will drive performance improvements for our clients and the industry at large,” Panigrahi said.

Panigrahi holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from the College of Engineering Trivandrum and an MBA from Northern Illinois University. In 2015, he completed an executive education programme in strategy and leadership from IIM Bangalore.
