Information technology (IT) services major Wipro has partnered with German enterprise application software provider SAP to create cloud-based solutions for the real estate sector.
The Bengaluru-based firm’s new real estate-focused solution Tenant Acquisition Management (TAM), a statement said, can be integrated as a cloud extension in the SAP S/4HANA software. It will be available for purchase and trial on the SAP application centre.
Enabled with technologies such as robotic process automation, artificial intelligence and machine learning, the solution enables faster deal conversion in terms of tenant leasing through a seamless, real time and consistent experience for leasing agents, the statement said.
The partnership builds on SAP’s “intelligent enterprise strategy” and is expected to fill the whitespaces in its portfolio of solutions.
“The TAM solution developed by Wipro fills critical whitespace in our portfolio and enables a more seamless lead-to-lease process for our customers,” Johnny Clemmons, head of SAP engineering, construction and operations industry business unit, said.
Wipro said that the partnership will also modernise its core enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to SAP’s flagship S/4HANA solution and migrate the SAP workloads to the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Wipro is expected to benefit from SAP’s ERP, and GCP’s flexibility and scalability.
This is the second partnership announcement by the two companies in as many weeks. They inked a pact last week to offer advanced customer-specific content and training assets to boost productivity in organisations.
