Information technology (IT) services provider Tata Consultancy Services on Thursday said it has launched a curated version of its TCS DAEzMo to help cloud based data warehousing company SnowFlake migrate customers to its cloud.

TCS DAEzMo is a data and analytics estate modernization framework.   The version has been built with San Mateo, California headquartered Snowflake and will utilise containerization, analytics, DevOps,  data visualisation, among others, to help customers with legacy data estates move to Snowflake’s data cloud, according to a press release.

“The TCS DAEzMo in combination with Snowflake’s architecture, is a enabler for businesses to modernize data landscapes, democratize actionable insights, and lay the foundation for harnessing the power of AI,” Dinanath Kholkar, Global Head, Analytics & Insights, TCS said.

The data cloud from Snowflake, according to the company, is a platform which will support multiple data workloads such as data warehousing, data engineering, and data application development across multiple cloud providers.

The platform will utilise AI to crunch insights from enterprise data as well as external sources in its ecosystem.

“Snowflake’s Data Cloud helps organizations unleash even more value from their data and mobilize it in service of the enterprise,” Tyler Marcoux, VP of Sales Engineering, Snowflake said.
