Sunnyvale, California based network software and solutions company Juniper Networks has entered into a partnership with ConnX to expand its footprint in India and the SAARC region.

The network technology giant will work with New Jersey based ConnX, which provides an AI-driven communications transformation-as-a-service platform, to drive the adoption of its end-to-end AI and automation driven network solutions, including the Session Smart portfolio of AI-driven SD-WAN, across the Indian market, the companies said in a joint statement.

ConnX will help enterprises across the country transition from fragmented and siloed communications services toward an integrated, AI-backed, multi-service collaboration platform powered by Juniper Networks.

The company has driven the digital transformation of Fortune 500 enterprises and has been a long-time partner of Juniper-acquired 128 Technology. ConnX has designed, implemented and supported over 5,000 sites across AMER (North, Central, and South America) and EMEA (Europe, Middle-East and Africa).

“APAC market growth in cloud-native/mobile-first and IoT applications is accelerating with the adoption of AI-driven over-the-top top connectivity & collaboration services,” Arun Soni, SVP and country head-APAC at ConnX, said. “Under this partnership, ConnX will offer hosted/managed services, including AI-WAN/SASE, SaaS optimization and intent-based routing, network security, UCaaS, CCaaS and AIOps driven Service assurance to enterprise and service provider customers in India and SAARC countries,” he added.

Juniper, recognized as a leader for wired and wireless LAN access infrastructure, has been simplifying how enterprises operate their networks while improving network user experiences using automation and proactive AI operations.

Commenting on the engagement with ConnX, Sajan Paul, managing director and country manager for India & SAARC at Juniper Networks, said, “We are delighted to have deepened our global relationship with this India-centric partnership agreement, confident that we have a great partner in ConnX who will be able to further deliver Juniper’s experience-first vision of the end-to-end AI-driven network.

“Together, we want to radically change the economics of the SD-WAN market with a true client-to-cloud vision across the Indian subcontinent and beyond,” he added.
