Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on Friday announced the launch of business transformation services in support of RISE with SAP, an SAP offering that connects customers’ business-critical elements into the cloud thereby accelerate digital transformation. 

TCS and SAP are working closely to help customers transform their business, become more resilient, and improve the experience, while ensuring compliance, per a statement.

The duo is working on pre-existing portfolio of services at the Tata Group company. The services include TCS Crystallus and TCS ConvertCore. RISE with SAP comprises of a bundle of SAP’s cloud services in a flexible combination and available on a subscription model.

Crystallus is a set of pre-configured industry and business solutions, for greenfield implementation programmes. The solution uses SAP’s intelligent technologies and SAP S/4HANA adoption.

ConvertCore comprises value drivers such as cloud adoption, system consolidation, user experience enhancement, process simplification, and functionality improvement. It can help accelerate system conversion to SAP S/4HANA.

SAP S/4HANA, designed for large enterprises, is a real-time enterprise resource planning (ERP) suite with built-in intelligent technologies that include artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced analytics.

“With TCS' and SAP’s combined proposition, clients will experience a tailored approach to transform and innovate at speed and scale to realize the value of their investment,” Akhilesh Tiwari, global head, Enterprise Application Services, TCS said.

TCS’ SAP related services include design thinking, advisory, innovation consulting, implementation, and other digital support services. It said it helps customers evaluate other newer digital offerings from SAP that includes SuccessFactors and Ariba solutions.

TCS’ innovation and demo centres in Cincinnati, Paris, Mumbai, and Tokyo allow customers to experience SAP’s new products and global innovations through a digital transformation ecosystem.
