Information technology (IT) services major Tech Mahindra has partnered with San Francisco headquartered TAC Security to deliver next-gen enterprise security solutions to customers around the world.

Under the engagement, a statement said, the Pune-headquartered company plans to combine its global security competency with TAC Security’s patented risk-based vulnerability management platform called Enterprise Security in One Framework (ESOF).

ESOF brings AI/ML and user-friendly analytics, which will accelerate vulnerability management protocol for Tech Mahindra’s customers, equipping them with tools to detect, prioritize, and mitigate vulnerabilities across the entire IT stack, even modern applications and infrastructure.

The engagement will also help analysts to prioritise security responses and threat investigations in real time, Tech Mahindra said.

“For TAC Security, this partnership is a step towards capturing the global market of vulnerability management, which valued USD 12.5 Billion in 2020 and is expected to grow to $15.5 billion by 2025, together,” Trishneet Arora, CEO at TAC Security, said.

TAC currently protects Fortune 500 companies, leading enterprises and governments around the world and manages over 5 million vulnerabilities through its ESOF platform.

Tech Mahindra, on the other hand, leverages next-generation technologies such as 5G, blockchain, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence to enable end-to-end digital transformation for over 1,000 global customers.

The company employs over 1.20 lakh people across 90 countries and had posted $5.1 billion revenue in FY21.
