Chennai-based cloud solutions provider SecureKloud is planning to launch four new products that it claims can cut the cloud adoption cost of clients by 80 per cent.

The company, in a statement, said that it is banking on the Infrastructure-as-a-code model (IaaC). The IaaC refers to the process of managing and provisioning data centres through computer code and related processes, instead of manual or physical processes. SecureKloud claims that its new product suite can cut down cloud adoption costs of clients by 80% and reduce time to deployment by 70%.

Over the next two months, the company will launch four platfroms, CloudEdge as the cloud platform, analytics and visualization engine DataEdge, blockchain-based platform Blockedge and Neutral Zone, which is a platform that enables collaboration between entities while withstanding IP leaks. These products are aimed at small and medium enterprises to help them migrate to the public cloud.

“This transformation from service-based to platform-based model is the best answer to the rising market demands, especially during and after the pandemic. The best part is that any interested organisation can migrate to the cloud with comparatively low investment,” said Suresh Venkatachari, Chairman and CEO of SecureKloud Technologies.

The company has also elevated the role of its Vice President of Sales Anand Kumar to the Chief Revenue Officer. Kumar was serving on the post for more than six years in the company.

“These platforms are fully automated, API driven, and are Microservices based to help our customers to focus on their applications and provide us with the responsibility to manage their infrastructure,” said Kumar.

The platform as a service market size is expected to touch $165 billion by 2026, up from $56 billion in 2020, according to a September 2021 report by market research firm MarketsandMarkets. With the new suite, SecureKloud said it aims to register 200% growth in customer acquisitions on a quarterly basis.

With a current turnover of $48 million, and a headcount of 200, the company’s main competitors are the likes of Teraform, AWS CloudFormation, Azure Resource manager, Google Cloud Deployment Manager and the likes for their new IaaC offerings.
