Social gaming platform WinZO has introduced a software development kit (SDK) for easy and swift onboarding of games developed by developers on the WinZO app. With this integration, the game developers will be able to generate revenue from WinZO’s user base without any marketing or infrastructural costs. Launched in 2018, WinZO partners with third-party developers to host games.

An SDK is a collection of development tools in an installable package. Through the SDK from WinZO, the developers will be able to access real-time analytics and game-level data on the developer console dashboard. It includes information on technical data, user ratings, data logs, revenues, and retention metrics among others.

WinZO’s personalisation engine leverages the data generated by users to automatically position the game in the right category and promote it to the relevant audience. The platform also provides end-to-end support to the game developer community on optimising their game and solving complex problems.

Developers can join the WinZO platform through a three-step process that includes registering on the WinZO Game Developer Console, submitting the game for review and approval, and finally plugging in the WinZO SDK into their existing software framework.

“The gaming studios play a crucial role in bringing valuable and unique offerings to Indian consumers through WinZO’s platform. Our constant endeavour is to help these studios leverage the power of our platform to expand their reach and serve the pan-India consumer base, gain access to best-in-class distribution tech tools and drive growth. We are excited and committed to easing their growth journey in India,” said Paavan Nanda, co-founder, WinZO.

WinZO has over 100 games across categories like sports, card, arcade, racing, and board games, among others. It has 100 million registered users who make over 3.5 billion transactions a month. The company also runs a Game Developers Fund of $26 million to collaborate with companies from different forms of interactive entertainment genres like games, content creation, and gaming economics.
