Happiest Minds Technologies has recently progressed within the ServiceNow Consulting and Implementation Partner Program. By utilising the ELLIPSE MSP platform, which is powered by ServiceNow, the company intends to provide Intelligent IT and Enterprise Service Management solutions. These solutions will help meet the digital transformation requirements of customers.

Happiest Minds will support businesses in updating and expanding their IT and Enterprise Service Management setups. This involves enabling smooth integration of ServiceNow's functionalities. As a Premier Level MSP partner, Happiest Minds will use a consulting-focused method to deliver measurable ROI. This will encourage both existing and new customers to embrace and utilise ServiceNow's offerings.  

Happiest Minds announced its plan to address various market challenges through a new partnership. This collaboration aims to achieve several goals, such as realising value from IT and Enterprise Service Management implementations, simplifying isolated processes and data, aligning tools and techniques with ITIL and similar frameworks, and introducing comprehensive automation in IT and Enterprise workflows.

The ELLIPSE Platform, which is a Managed Services Delivery Platform powered by AIOps, is already serving over 25 global customers. By integrating this platform, Happiest Minds can effectively provide Enterprise Services using a single platform.

On November 7 last year, Happiest Minds shared the news that it became a MSP for ServiceNow by joining its Partner Program. This move aimed to enhance their IT services in all the areas they focus on across different regions. As a result of this partnership, the IT company committed to adopting the ServiceNow solution. This adoption would lead to improvements in various aspects such as IT service management, operations, asset management, project and portfolio management, human resources service management, business management, and more.
