Fulcrum Digital appoints ex-Wipro exec as CFO
US-based IT services and digital solution engineering company, Fulcrum Digital announced the appointment of Sathish Raghunathan as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Raghunathan has over two decades of experience, with expertise in financial leadership and transformative growth in the IT sector. He has played key roles in guiding companies through mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. He has previously worked with Wipro, Ensono, and Kin + Carta, where he played key roles in shaping financial strategies amidst evolving market dynamics.
In a press statement, the company, with its India head office in Pune, said that Raghunathan’s proven expertise across diverse sectors, including Software as a Service (SaaS), data center and cloud services, consulting, and digital transformation, makes him a strategic addition to the management team for Fulcrum Digital's next phase of growth.

Raghunathan holds multiple professional qualifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA), and a Chartered Accountant (CA), said, he is excited to join the Fulcrum Digital team during this pivotal phase of growth and innovation.

The IT services company said in February that it plans to hire 700 people across multiple technology domains such as artificial intelligence (AI) this year, with its chairman Rajesh Sinha saying in a statement that these employees will be based in India and overseas.
Earlier this year, the company also launched Ryze, a generative AI platform, in Pune. The solution aims to simplify operations for businesses handling big databases. Positioned as a SaaS solution, Ryze can be used by businesses for data extraction, fraud detection, compliance checks, and semantic searches.
