ServiceNow has announced a strategic announcement in the global IT company inMorphis through its ServiceNow Ecosystem Ventures Program. It is expected to support inMorphis’ go-to-market capabilities with a deep focus on India and ASEAN markets through inorganic initiatives, strategic tuck-ins, to expand capabilities and footprint in select industries and market; it will also enhance inMorphis’ proficiency in generative AI-enabled technologies. 

With this announcement, ServiceNow Ecosystem Ventures becomes India-headquartered inMorphis’ lead investor along with Capital Square Partners. Avendus Capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor to inMorphis for this transaction.

To be sure, launched in 2023, the ServiceNow Ecosystem Ventures Program promises a $150 million investment to partners. Till now, the fund has invested in companies such as Blueship Co. Ltd and Japan System Co. Ltd. Plat4mation, and AoraNow.

Additionally, inMorphis will also develop job-ready technology talent as part of ServiceNow’s global Rise Up digital skilling initiative. inMorphis will equip and deploy more than 2,500 professionals with in-demand skills on the NOW platform. This expansion will enable inMorphis to address urgent customer needs and drive success at scale effectively.
