IT consultancy firm Accenture has announced a three-year partnership with franchise Twenty20 cricket team and Major League Cricket Champions — MI New York, to serve as the principal partner. Under this partnership, MI New York will leverage Accenture’s digital services and consulting expertise to develop data-driven strategies. Accenture will use its technology, data, and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities to elevate operations and experiences for MI New York and its fans.

“Cricket is the second most popular sport in the world and this is an exciting opportunity to innovate and grow the game in the US,” said Jill Kramer, Accenture’s chief marketing and communications officer.

"This partnership will demonstrate how technology, including data and AI, can drive new experiences for players, coaches, team and fans,” she further added.
