TechM, ServiceNow team up to offer GenAI-led enterprise service platform

Indian IT services and consulting firm Tech Mahindra announced on Thursday that it has collaborated with the American software firm ServiceNow to launch the One E2E Platform, a GenAI-powered enterprise service management solution.

According to a company statement, the platform will help enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness for businesses across various industries by integrating GenAI capabilities into their business-critical processes and modernizing infrastructure to be future-ready.

The One E2E Platform will incorporate advanced analytics, GenAI, and automation to optimize network operations, facilitating business growth.

Tech Mahindra COO Atul Soneja said,"Businesses are facing multiple challenges in their digital transformation journey, such as technological advancements and cost reduction while improving service quality. By integrating GenAI with our industry expertise, we aim to tackle these issues and enhance customer experiences through our One E2E Platform."

In an earlier interaction with TechCircle, Kunal Purohit, President of Next Gen Services at Tech Mahindra, highlighted the company's shift in artificial intelligence focus from traditional automation to optimizing large language models like GPT for creative applications. A key innovation is the Email AmplifAIer, which uses generative AI for process enhancement through unified visualization and a "human-in-the-loop" approach, resulting in a 25% to 30% productivity boost and significant cost savings.

Like many of its industry peers, Tech Mahindra is betting big on GenAI for growth and innovation. The tech firm launched a Generative AI Studio to help enterprises improve decision-making and digital efficiency. The company is now focusing on critical sectors such as BFSI, healthcare, and retail, tailoring generative AI solutions to meet evolving global demands.

In the quarter that ended on September 30, Tech Mahindra announced strategic partnerships to promote Generative AI adoption and enhance cybersecurity services. A collaboration with Mahindra & Mahindra aims to accelerate digital transformation through Generative AI solutions. Additionally, a partnership with Horizon3.ai will integrate its NodeZero platform into Tech Mahindra’s cybersecurity offerings, enhancing threat detection and compliance capabilities.

More recently, Tech Mahindra has launched TechM VerifAI to validate AI and Generative AI results, and iTechM agentX, a suite of Generative AI solutions aimed at improving enterprise efficiency through intelligent automation.
