Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has expanded its long-standing partnership with SAP to support enterprise-wide adoption of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) and cloud technologies. The collaboration aims to help SAP customers shift from on-premises systems to cloud environments while enabling automation and digital transformation.

As part of the ‘RISE with SAP’ initiative, TCS and SAP will work together to accelerate cloud migration for global customers. The goal is to streamline business processes, improve service delivery, and create a centralised ecosystem that supports enterprise-wide change.

The partnership builds on over two decades of collaboration between the two companies. TCS will contribute to this effort through its innovation framework, Agile Innovation Cloud (AIC), and its global innovation network, TCS Pace Port. These resources will be used to co-develop solutions with SAP and clients, focusing on areas such as generative AI, automation, and scalable innovation.

TCS plans to establish an Innovation Council to guide these efforts and ensure alignment with business needs. The council will explore ways to democratise AI use within enterprises and develop new tools and practices to support transformation at scale.

SAP will provide cloud solutions and technical expertise to support the initiative. Together, TCS and SAP aim to deliver integrated services that assist organisations in simplifying operations, increasing agility, and using data more effectively.

Thomas Saueressig, Member of the Executive Board of SAP, Customer Services & Delivery, said, “Our collaboration with TCS continues to drive meaningful impact for customers by bringing together leading cloud solutions and proven delivery expertise.”
