
Logica Infoway appoints Kshitij Goel as CIO


Electronics product retailer Logica Infoway has appointed Kshitij Goel as the chief information officer (CIO). In this role, Goel will be responsible for business development and marketing efficiency strategies. Additionally, Goel is also designated as a key managerial personnel (KMP).
Goel completed his mechanical engineering and business management studies from Boston University in the US. He has professional experience in logical automation and optimization through his past employment at AMZL and Amazon Logistics US as a product manager. As per the company’s notice to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), Goel has expertise in managing consumer IT and Telecom hardware distribution and retail.
Previously known as Eastern Logica Infoway, the company is involved in multi-brand retail and distribution, offering branded smartphones, IT hardware, software, and related accessories and services. It also provides networking and security solutions to its customers.

Established in 1995 and headquartered in Kolkata, the company has built a significant presence in the electronics market over the past three decades. The company is led by its managing director and chairman, Gaurav Goel, who is also Goel’s father.
In September 2024, Logica Infoway entered into an official partnership with Samsung as a Tier-I National Distributor for West Bengal and Delhi NCR. Under this agreement, Logica is supplying Samsung laptops and notebooks directly to Tier-II and Tier-III distributors. This strategic collaboration marks a significant milestone for the company, positioning itself better in terms of pricing, competitiveness, and procurement flexibility for both distribution utilities and open access customers.
