KOGO AI, Tech Mahindra form partnership to develop enterprise AI solutions

Bengaluru-based artificial intelligence (AI) startup firm KOGO AI and IT services provider Tech Mahindra have entered in a partnership to develop and deploy enterprise-focused AI solutions. The collaboration aims to create AI systems that operate independently, scale effectively, and meet compliance standards across various industries.
KOGO AI develops infrastructure for agent-based AI systems, while Tech Mahindra offers consulting and digital transformation services. The two companies will work together to create AI systems that meet the operational and regulatory needs of enterprises. These systems will be designed to function in varied IT environments, including on-premise servers, hybrid setups, and cloud-based platforms.
This partnership will prioritise the co-development of AI solutions, beginning with identifying use cases and designing AI agents suited for sectors such as banking, healthcare, manufacturing, and government. These agents will work in secure environments including on-premise systems, hybrid models, and cloud-based setups.

The collaboration will also focus on integrating AI with existing legacy systems. This approach is intended to support digital transformation without requiring companies to rebuild their infrastructure. Early efforts include pilot projects in the banking and healthcare sectors, where AI is being used for tasks like fraud detection, service automation, audits, and operational support.
The partnership covers clients in regions including North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. Both firms plan to deliver AI tools that are adapted to local compliance and data governance rules.
Praveer Kochhar, Co-founder & Chief Product Officer at KOGO AI, said, “The future of enterprise AI lies in autonomy, compliance, and control. This partnership with Tech Mahindra brings the best of both worlds — an enterprise-grade Agentic AI stack and a transformation partner trusted by some of the world’s largest companies.”

Birendra Sen, President – Business Process Services, Tech Mahindra, said, “As enterprises race to adopt AI, the growing need for autonomy and data sovereignty has exposed the limitations of traditional AI approaches. Our partnership with KOGO AI will deliver scalable Private AI solutions, creating impactful, domain-specific agents that transform enterprise AI from experimentation to effective execution.”
