Former Infosys exec joins Agivant as Chief Digital Delivery Officer

Pune-based IT Services and consulting company Agivant Technologies has appointed Ajay Malgaonkar as Chief Digital Delivery Officer. Malgaonkar brings with him nearly three decades of experience in technology leadership. His most recent position was at Prolifics Corporation, a digital engineering firm located in the United States, where he spent a decade leading integrated engineering teams.

During his time at Prolifics, Malgaonkar was instrumental in delivering transformative AI-driven solutions to a range of prestigious clients. Ajay's passion for innovation and growth, combined with his ability to scale operations while maintaining agility, aligns seamlessly with the goals of Agivant Technologies.

Before his role at Prolifics, Malgaonkar spent a good 10 years at Infosys, where he oversaw the digital practice and successfully managed large-scale, complex e-commerce and digital transformation projects for major global enterprises across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.

Malgaonkar holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Sardar Patel College of Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Information systems from the Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research in Mumbai.

Founded by  Sandeep Kishore, who was the CEO & Managing Director of Zensar Technologies, Agivant offers a range of services, including cloud, platform, and experience engineering, as well as AI and data-related solutions. Malgaonkar will report to Kishore and lead the technology strategies at the organisation.
