
Visionet Systems appoints Anand Sampath to lead India operations


IT services provider Visionet Systems has announced that Anand Sampath, its Global Head of Business Process Services, will take on additional responsibilities overseeing the firm’s operations in India. This follows the departure of Sandeep Agarwal, who led the India centre over the past four years.
With more than 20 years of experience leading teams and driving operational success across various functions, Sampath is well-equipped to steer the centre’s next phase of development,the company said in a statement.
Sampath said, “My focus will be on strengthening our operations, encouraging innovation, and creating an environment where our teams can excel and deliver excellent results for our clients.”

He will collaborate with regional leaders to improve operational efficiency, align different functions, and ensure the India centre meets the changing needs of clients.

Sampath holds a Business Strategy Certificate from Cornell University, an MBA in Marketing from Christ University, Bangalore, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University.

The mid-sized IT services firm that offers mortgage banking, data capture solutions, finance and accounting, and hospitality services, is growing at a CAGR of 40-45% over the last four years and is aiming to reach $1B in revenue by 2030. In an interview with TechCircle in February, former India MD Agarwal said that 2% of Visionet’s profits are reinvested in R&D and innovation.
