Infosys expands partnership with AGCO for IT and HR transformation

Infosys, an Indian IT services provider, has announced an extended collaboration with AGCO Corporation, a global agricultural equipment manufacturer, to support the transformation of its IT infrastructure and human resource operations. 

The agreement builds on an existing partnership between the two companies. Infosys will assist AGCO in overhauling its IT and HR operations using its digital platforms, including Infosys Cobalt and Infosys Topaz. The project includes simplifying AGCO’s IT systems, improving service consistency, and reducing operational costs.

Infosys will support HR functions by automating and standardizing internal processes. The aim is to improve employee services while reducing complexity in workflows. This part of the work will be managed through Infosys’s business process management unit.

Infosys will apply its Polycloud platform to manage AGCO’s cloud infrastructure. This includes deploying automation tools and scalable solutions designed to improve performance and reliability. The goal is to make AGCO’s IT systems more adaptable and less reliant on manual processes.

The IT services provider also plans to use AI for tasks such as knowledge management, issue resolution, and operational analysis.
