VDart Digital gets new Chief Executive Officer

Digital and technology consulting firm VDart Digital has announced the appointment of Mohamed Irfan Peeran as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately. The appointment follows his tenure as Managing Director, a role in which he was responsible for the company’s growth strategy, broadening its service portfolio, and expanding geographical presence.
Peeran succeeds in this new role with huge experience drawn from a career spanning both public and private sectors. Before joining VDart Digital, he held senior positions with the State of Michigan, Ford Motor Company, and Peer Solutions Group Inc.
As Managing Director, Peeran led the firm’s move into emerging markets, including the United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, and India. He was also instrumental in developing VDart Digital’s range of offerings, which now include Artificial Intelligence (AI), cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, and enterprise platforms.

In his new position as CEO, Peeran’s priorities include accelerating scalable and sustainable growth, strengthening long-term customer relationships, investing in talent development, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing the company’s brand positioning in global markets. “The company will continue to focus on addressing real-world business challenges through a combination of strategic thinking, technological expertise, and practical execution,” he said.
Sidd Ahmed, Founder of VDart, will continue in his capacity as Group CEO, overseeing the broader portfolio of businesses within the organisation.
“Peeran has been pivotal in transforming VDart Digital into a high-performance, innovation-led services firm," said Ahmed.

Peeran holds executive education credentials from Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth and Kellogg Executive Education. He also completed the Advanced Management Education Program (AMEP) in 2023, further strengthening his leadership and strategic management expertise.
