Xpedeon, a provider of ERP solutions for the construction and infrastructure sector, has been selected as the digital transformation partner for Inderjit Mehta Constructions Pvt. Ltd. (IJMCPL), an infrastructure construction services company. The move will see Xpedeon’s ERP platform implemented nationwide, integrating IJMCPL’s operations and enabling real-time control across public and private sector construction projects.

Headquartered in Gurugram, IJMCPL is a key Government contractor with over 40 years of experience in delivering large-scale civil infrastructure. The company has completed more than 50 major projects, including highways, residential developments, defence infrastructure, sports facilities, and oil and gas pipelines. Its portfolio also includes over 525 km of steel pipeline networks, supported by a workforce of more than 3,000 employees.

The partnership is intended to modernise IJMCPL’s operational framework, replacing legacy processes with a unified digital system. Xpedeon’s platform will connect functions such as procurement, contracts, budgeting, and site-level execution, providing a single source of data for improved decision-making, transparency, and project delivery.

Janak Vakharia, CEO of Xpedeon, said the collaboration aims to strengthen IJMCPL’s position in India’s infrastructure growth. “Our ERP platform is designed to digitise every aspect of construction management, enabling operational agility and cost control. IJMCPL’s scale and track record make this a significant step in shaping a future-ready infrastructure model,” he said.

Akhil Mehta, Director at IJMCPL, noted that the system has already become central to the company’s operations. “In an environment where precision, compliance, and timelines are critical, the platform gives us complete visibility and control. This is about building a strategic advantage as we expand into new sectors,” he said.

Since deployment, IJMCPL has reported benefits including improved access to project and cost data, streamlined workflows, enhanced coordination between departments, better financial tracking, and centralised vendor management. The shift is expected to set a new standard for ERP-enabled execution in India’s government contracting and infrastructure sectors, where accuracy and efficiency are essential.
