ZS launches new office in Hyderabad to service GCC clients

Global management and consulting firm ZS has announced the launch of its new office in Hyderabad. This is part of the firm’s strategy in delivering greater capacity and end-to-end global capability center (GCC) offerings to clients.
The facility is spread across 50,000 sq ft and will house up to 600 people. The center will continue to offer a range of flexible engagement models, including packaged offerings built for GCCs, embedded functional expertise, and fully managed GCC-as-a-service models.
One of the fastest-growing GCC hubs, especially in the healthcare and life sciences domain, Hyderabad’s talent base and technology ecosystem give ZS access to quality talent highly specialized in business and tech operations, analytics, and data engineering to support GCC operations and their evolving needs. This new location will better position ZS to deliver customized, differentiated solutions for global GCC partners throughout their operations life cycle, the company said.

“We partner with GCCs to establish a strong foundation, scaled operations and future-proofed capabilities for long-term, enterprise-wide impact. The new office is a testament to ZS’s unique value, innovation and end-to-end service offerings to GCC clients. All of these factors have led to our strategic expansion within a year of our presence in Hyderabad,” said Mohit Sood, regional managing principal, ZS.
ZS supports both new and established GCCs by building foundations, designing operating models, and enabling tech-driven transformation. For new centers, ZS offers business cases, success metrics, and transition roadmaps. For existing GCCs, ZS offers Build-Operate-Transfer and Enable models, powered by AI platforms such as ZAIDYN and Max.AI.
Since starting in India in 2005, Chicago-based ZS has grown to six offices in Pune, Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Noida, and Chennai, and in October expanded to Hyderabad, employing a total of nearly 9,000 people. In an interview with TechCircle last year, Principal Arun Shastri said that ZS aims to add nearly 2,000 more by 2025.
