IT consulting and software engineering firm Xebia has announced the launch of an expanded range of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-native solutions and enterprise training programmes aimed at helping organisations achieve measurable efficiency gains. The company, which has more than two decades of experience in digital transformation and technology consulting, said the new offerings are designed to deliver immediate results while building in-house expertise for long-term success.

The company, with approximately €400 million in revenue, employs nearly 6,500 people across 16 countries. Of these, 3,000 are based in India, distributed among its seven centres in Gurgaon, Chennai, Pune, Jaipur, Bhopal, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. Founded in India in 2006 and operational since 2007, Xebia reportedly plans to hire 1,500 engineers in India in 2025, with a focus on talent from tier-II cities.

The solutions build on Xebia’s work in AI, software engineering, data analytics and automation, enabling enterprises to scale AI responsibly and effectively. According to Anand Sahay, Chief Executive Officer, the new capabilities are intended to help industries such as banking, healthcare, travel and technology accelerate their AI strategies and realise value quickly, while training ensures teams can maintain progress over time.

Preetpal Singh, Global Managing Director of Products and Platforms, said each solution is designed and implemented with minimal disruption and maximum impact, with a focus on rapid deployment and knowledge transfer.

Xebia shared several examples of its work, including helping a global airline improve aircraft turnaround times by more than 30% through AI analysis of security footage, assisting a financial institution in deploying a large language model chatbot to improve resolution rates, supporting a cruise line in automating email management, and enabling a consumer goods company to create a multilingual, AI-powered knowledge platform that reduced decision-making time from hours to seconds.

To support sustainable adoption, the company is also introducing AI training programmes through the Xebia Academy, offering role-based courses in AI fundamentals, generative AI, and advanced implementation strategies. In line with the announcement, Xebia has launched a redesigned website and adopted the tagline “Shaping Tomorrow with AI Today”, reflecting its aim to help industries move beyond traditional operational models.
