Deutsche Börse Group opens new GCC in Hyderabad

Deutsche Börse Group, one of the world’s leading stock exchange operators and market infrastructure providers, has opened a new Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Hyderabad. The facility will serve as a strategic hub for technology and operations, supporting the Group’s long-term innovation and digital goals alongside its existing IT centres.
Situated in one of India’s key technology corridors, the Hyderabad centre will work on capital markets platforms, artificial intelligence-driven analytics, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and cloud-native infrastructure. With a global workforce of more than 15,000 employees, the Group views India as a vital part of its broader innovation strategy.
Christoph Böhm, Chief Information and Chief Operating Officer of Deutsche Börse Group, said that the Hyderabad office would provide access to one of the most important technology talent pools worldwide. “We are looking forward to accelerating our long-term digital agenda, support technology innovation, and enhance service continuity across global operations with the new Hyderabad colleagues in our One Global Team,” he said.

The Group intends to scale its operations in Hyderabad over the coming years, creating several hundred jobs across a range of technology and operational functions, an official statement read.
To establish and grow the centre, Deutsche Börse Group has partnered with ANSR, a global firm that specialises in building and managing Global Capability Centres for multinational enterprises.
Lalit Ahuja, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ANSR, said that the partnership reflected the wider shift of global companies towards using India as a base for advanced capabilities. “Deutsche Börse Group’s expansion into Hyderabad further underscores the strategic shift global enterprises are making to leverage India as a hub for building future-ready capabilities,” he said.
