UAMCO implements Ramco Aviation Software to enhance engine maintenance operations

United Aerospace Maintenance Company (UAMCO) Ltd has selected Ramco Systems to implement its aviation software platform as part of efforts to streamline its engine maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) activities.
The system will be deployed across UAMCO’s operations that support CFM International’s LEAP-1A and LEAP-1B engines. Built for engine MRO providers, Ramco’s software integrates maintenance planning, materials tracking, compliance management and finance into a single system. This will allow UAMCO to monitor operations down to individual parts, manage suppliers more effectively and gain real-time visibility into costs and revenues.
Key features of the software include modules for engineering and continuing airworthiness management (CAMO), supply chain and inventory control, MRO and parts sales, workforce and payroll management, safety, quality and regulatory compliance. By consolidating these functions, the system reduces the need for multiple platforms and manual processes.

The package also includes digital tools such as mobile applications, customer portals and collaboration hubs. These are designed to enable remote access, paperless workflows and faster turnaround times for customers and technicians. The agreement was facilitated with the support of AiAppsData, Ramco’s partner in aviation IT solutions.
John Savvides, CEOS, United Aerospace Maintenance Company (UAMCO) Ltd, said, “We anticipate that this collaboration will bring about significant improvements in how we manage resources, engage with customers and execute on our business priorities, ultimately driving stronger outcomes at every level of the organisation.”
Manoj Kumar Singh, Chief Customer Officer – Aviation, Aerospace & Defense, Ramco Systems, said, “This partnership is a testament to the growing trust that leading MRO service providers are placing in Ramco Aviation Software to transform their engine maintenance operations.”
