Unisys names new Managing Director for India Global Delivery Centre

U.S.-headquartered IT services and consultancy firm Unisys has appointed Lalithanand Moses as Vice President and Managing Director of its India Global Delivery Centre in Bangalore. In his new role, he reports to Karl Brandt, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Global Delivery Operations.

Moses brings nearly 25 years of experience to the role, including previous senior positions at the IT services company, most recently as Global Leader of Endpoint Operations in Digital Workplace Solutions (DWS), where he led operational improvements and enhanced service delivery frameworks. Before joining Unisys, Moses held leadership roles at Genpact and GE, managing large-scale client engagements and overseeing delivery, quality, infrastructure transitions, and end-user computing services across various regions.

“Moses brings a wealth of experience and a strong track record of both leading global teams and accelerating operational excellence through innovation,” said Chris Arrasmith, chief operating officer at Unisys. “His strategic transformation capabilities and commitment to customer satisfaction will advance our global delivery operations strategy, while further strengthening our presence as an employer-of-choice in India.”

Moses plans to enhance operational efficiency, quality assurance, and client satisfaction. He will also focus on developing talent and strengthening relationships with academic institutions to attract top recruits.
