In May, LTIMindtree bagged its largest-ever $450 million deal with global agribusiness player. The deal, a seven-year engagement, will see the tech services and digital solutions arm of Larsen & Toubro deploy an AI-powered operating model to manage applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity services. It will leverage platforms including SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, Microsoft Azure, and the company’s proprietary AI frameworks to achieve scale and operational efficiency.

More recently, in August, the IT company was selected by the Income Tax Department to modernise the country's Permanent Account Number (PAN) infrastructure under the new PAN 2.0 project. The project, listed on the government’s public procurement portal, involves upgrading the existing systems used for managing PAN and TAN records across India.

The Larsen & Toubro Group subsidiary serves over 700 clients worldwide with its team of more than 83,000 professionals spread across 40 countries.  For the first quarter (April-June) of FY26, LTIMindtree’s net profit surged 11.2% sequentially to ₹1,254 crore, up from ₹1,128.5 crore in Q4 FY25, reflecting the company’s robust operational performance despite a challenging macroeconomic milieu. Revenue for the quarter reached ₹9,840.6 crore, an increase of 0.7% from ₹9,771.7 crore in the previous quarter, riding high on large-scale digital transformation and AI deals.
