Blue Cloud Softech Solutions signs LOI to acquire 3P Vision

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BCSSL), an Indian company specializing in AI and cybersecurity, has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to acquire 3P Vision, a defense technology firm with expertise in AI, drones, and integrated surveillance systems.

The proposed acquisition aims to expand BCSSL’s presence in the defense and homeland security sector. By combining 3P Vision’s surveillance and drone technologies with BCSSL’s existing portfolio in cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, and enterprise solutions, the company seeks to build advanced defense and security platforms.

3P Vision has developed technologies already tested in the field. These include AI-enabled cameras for real-time risk detection, autonomous drones capable of payload delivery and live threat response, multi-sensor systems that integrate radar and ground sensors for continuous situational awareness, and tethered drones designed to operate in environments where GPS signals may be disrupted.

According to BCSSL, integrating these systems will help develop next-generation defense solutions that can reduce manpower requirements, accelerate response times, and provide stronger protection for sensitive sites and national infrastructure.
