Zoho expands AI capabilities with Dell AI factory and NVIDIA partnership

Zoho Corporation has partnered with Dell Technologies to strengthen its AI capabilities using the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA. The collaboration supports Zoho’s proprietary large language models (LLMs) and agent-based AI tools, which are used across its suite of more than 55 business applications.

Zoho’s platforms serve over 130 million users worldwide, covering functions such as sales, finance, human resources and collaboration. To support this scale, the company requires infrastructure that allows faster AI innovation while complying with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection rules. The Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA provides on-premises computing power that enables Zoho to build and deploy advanced AI models while maintaining data sovereignty.

The infrastructure is designed to accelerate model development and deployment. Using Dell PowerEdge servers integrated with NVIDIA’s accelerated computing platform and AI software, Zoho can run faster prototyping and experimentation cycles. Its multimodal LLMs, available in sizes ranging from 1.3 billion to 7 billion parameters, are optimized for tasks such as summarization, data extraction and code generation.

Zoho is also expanding its agent-based AI offerings. Through the Zia Agent Marketplace, customers can access prebuilt AI agents or create their own, with support for more than 700 business-specific actions. These agents are designed to integrate with enterprise workflows, making AI adoption more practical for organizations.

The partnership also emphasizes data privacy and compliance. By using Dell’s infrastructure, Zoho ensures its AI services align with local data protection requirements while supporting global scalability.
