Infosys has announced the expansion of its long-term collaboration with Swiss telecom giant Sunrise to accelerate its IT transformation. The Bengaluru-based IT firm will support Sunrise in building a modern and secure technology foundation to drive innovation.

Under this partnership, Infosys will leverage its expertise in AI, analytics, and data, along with elements of its AI offering, Infosys Topaz.  This will help Sunrise unlock new business value by delivering enhanced speed, efficiency, and quality in operations through data-driven insights, and intelligent automation. Sunrise’s customers are also expected to benefit from enhanced service reliability, faster time-to-market for new offerings, and personalised digital experiences.

Infosys has been an instrumental partner in streamlining Sunrise’s IT landscape, providing end-to-end IT services, from design and development to testing, deployment, and operations. This undertaking included the consolidation of multiple vendors into a unified portfolio and the transition of a variety of applications.

In July, Infosys expanded its partnership with Telstra International, the global division of Australia-based telecommunications company Telstra. The partnership aims to support Telstra’s technology plans, improve operational efficiency, and enable new market opportunities.
