
HCA Healthcare launches GCC in Hyderabad, plans 3,000 jobs

HCA Healthcare, a US-based healthcare company, has launched its Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad, India. The center is designed to provide technology and operational support, enhancing the company’s global operations.
HCA Healthcare plans to invest $75 million in the center by the end of 2025. The company also intends to expand its workforce to 3,000 employees by 2026, recruiting professionals in IT, supply chain, procurement, human resources, finance, and accounting. The Hyderabad center will play a central role in building operational capabilities and accessing local talent to support the company’s ongoing global initiatives.
The launch of the Hyderabad GCC marks HCA Healthcare’s first major operational center in India. The company sees it as a step toward strengthening global capabilities while creating local employment opportunities. Located in Hyderabad’s HITEC City, the facility is positioned to serve as a strategic base for operational efficiency and workforce development in the region.
