LTIMindtree launches BlueVerse RightAction to strengthen AI governance in enterprises

LTIMindtree has launched BlueVerse RightAction, a governance framework designed to regulate the use of autonomous AI agents in enterprises. The framework is part of the company’s BlueVerse AI ecosystem and is aimed at helping organizations ensure compliance with business rules and regulations while minimizing operational risks.
BlueVerse RightAction integrates governance directly into autonomous AI systems, supporting both supervised and generative models. It provides capabilities such as monitoring, documentation, fraud detection, transparency, and low-code deployment. By embedding guardrails and explainability features, the framework seeks to reduce reliance on human oversight, improve decision-making processes, and lower the risk of errors.
According to the IT services provider, the framework enables autonomous agents to act in line with enterprise policies and regulatory requirements. The company stated that this approach addresses concerns about opaque or unpredictable AI behavior, often referred to as the “black-box” problem, and helps businesses build confidence in deploying agent-driven AI.
Alongside this initiative, LTIMindtree has also introduced BlueVerse Academy to expand AI skills within its workforce. In its first phase, the academy is training 60,000 employees. It will partner with technology companies and universities to deliver advanced training, executive programs, and workshops. The academy will also organize hackathons and practical learning sessions to prepare employees and students for careers in AI.
“With our new BlueVerse RightAction framework, we’re ensuring that the agents of BlueVerse act responsibly and are compliant with business regulations. By combining context, intent, and rigorous governance, BlueVerse RightAction guarantees right action every time, giving enterprises the confidence to embrace the next frontier of AI,” said Venu Lambu, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, LTIMindtree.
