RVAI Global acquihires TYNYBAY

Enterprise solutions provider RVAI Global has announced the acquihire of TYNYBAY, which specialises in agentic AI systems and intelligent workforce automation. The deal will help the Bengaluru-based firm to offer enterprises an end-to-end AI transformation solution.

By combining RVAI’s expertise in AI services and AI talent with TYNYBAY’s advanced capabilities in agentic AI applications, process orchestration, and autonomous workforce solutions, the integrated entity will help global organisations adopt and leverage AI for measurable business value.

Infosys partners with Swiss telecom

Infosys has announced the expansion of its long-term collaboration with Swiss telecom giant Sunrise to accelerate its IT transformation. The Bengaluru-based IT firm will support Sunrise in building a modern and secure technology foundation to drive innovation. 

Under this partnership, Infosys will leverage its expertise in AI, analytics, and data, along with elements of its AI offering, Infosys Topaz.  This will help Sunrise unlock new business value by delivering enhanced speed, efficiency, and quality in operations through data-driven insights, and intelligent automation. Sunrise’s customers are also expected to benefit from enhanced service reliability, faster time-to-market for new offerings, and personalised digital experiences.

TechM, AMD team up to drive enterprise AI and hybrid cloud adoption

Tech Mahindra on Thursday announced a strategic partnership with US-based semiconductor major Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) to accelerate enterprise transformation through next-generation infrastructure, hybrid cloud, and artificial intelligence (AI).

The multi-year agreement will combine AMD’s high-performance computing portfolio with Tech Mahindra’s cloud platform, BlazeTech, to build scalable solutions for enterprises in manufacturing, banking and financial services, telecom, and healthcare. The collaboration is aimed at helping organisations optimise workloads across end-user devices, servers, and cloud infrastructure spanning public, private, and hybrid environments.

HCA Healthcare launches GCC in Hyderabad, plans 3,000 jobs

HCA Healthcare, a US-based healthcare company, has launched its Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad, India. The center is designed to provide technology and operational support, enhancing the company’s global operations.

HCA Healthcare plans to invest $75 million in the center by the end of 2025. The company also intends to expand its workforce to 3,000 employees by 2026, recruiting professionals in IT, supply chain, procurement, human resources, finance, and accounting. The Hyderabad center will play a central role in building operational capabilities and accessing local talent to support the company’s ongoing global initiatives.

LTIMindtree launches BlueVerse RightAction to strengthen AI governance

LTIMindtree has launched BlueVerse RightAction, a governance framework designed to regulate the use of autonomous AI agents in enterprises. The framework is part of the company’s BlueVerse AI ecosystem and is aimed at helping organizations ensure compliance with business rules and regulations while minimizing operational risks.

BlueVerse RightAction integrates governance directly into autonomous AI systems, supporting both supervised and generative models. It provides capabilities such as monitoring, documentation, fraud detection, transparency, and low-code deployment. By embedding guardrails and explainability features, the framework seeks to reduce reliance on human oversight, improve decision-making processes, and lower the risk of errors.
