Bengaluru-based AI networking solutions provider Aprecomm on Friday signed a strategic partnership with Route 66, one of Brazil’s largest distributors of networking equipment and managed services. The tie-up will enable Route 66 to offer Aprecomm’s suite of AI-powered Wi-Fi optimisation and analytics solutions to broadband providers across the Latin American market.

As part of the collaboration, Aprecomm’s software will be integrated into Route 66’s broadband customer premises equipment (CPE), including Wi-Fi gateways and extenders. With Route 66’s distribution reach of more than 18 retail stores across Brazil, the combined hardware-plus-software offering aims to help service providers deliver seamless in-home connectivity to subscribers.

“This collaboration builds on our managed service offering by integrating the latest AI technology to help service providers improve in-home Wi-Fi performance and automate support,” said Jair Maurício da Silva, CPO, Route 66. “With Aprecomm’s experience in competitive markets and its flexible cloud-based deployment model, we see a strong opportunity to strengthen our portfolio and enhance customer experiences.”

Aprecomm’s solutions leverage patented algorithms and advanced analytics to deliver self-healing, zero-touch Wi-Fi networks. Its AI platform continuously optimises network performance based on user behaviour and application requirements, while automated support tools provide real-time insights into end-to-end connectivity. According to the company, the technology helps operators reduce operational costs, improve subscriber satisfaction, and accelerate time-to-market. Earlier this year, Aprecomm received Frost & Sullivan’s Best Practices Award for Innovation in network intelligence.

Pramod Gummaraj, Founder and CEO, Aprecomm, said: “Brazil represents a significant opportunity with a large number of small and mid-sized service providers. Partnering with Route 66, which offers extensive CPE coverage and distribution, allows us to create a turnkey solution for operators looking to optimise in-home Wi-Fi and deliver superior customer experiences.”

In July 2025, Aprecomm announced it had crossed 50 broadband service provider partners worldwide, with three recent Latin American deals - BCD, IABOT, and Ingenio Networks. BCD has integrated Aprecomm’s full suite (including Wi-Fi optimisation, analytics) into its gateways and resells the software across Latin America.
