NTT DATA Business Solutions names Krunal Patel as India MD

Japanese IT services firm NTT DATA Business Solutions on Wednesday announced the appointment of Krunal Patel as the new Managing Director (MD) for India, marking a strategic move to strengthen its leadership in one of its fastest-growing markets.

Patel, who brings over 21 years of experience across the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions, has played a key role in driving business growth, customer success, and digital transformation. As India Business Head, he has developed a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer expectations—an expertise the company aims to leverage as it accelerates its India operations.
